Wow, it’s been 20 years… Okay, well, if you all don’t know by now, I’m a registered dietitian nutritionist licensed in the state of Florida. I’m still living in the 305. Currently, I’m in school for integrative functional medicine nutrition therapy as of 2020, and I should graduate by the summer of ’24.

I’m a mother of 4 Frenchies (referring to French Bulldogs). I can’t have kids of my own due to my genetics, so I have a wolf pack. However, I do have 4 nieces and nephews. Additionally, I own a property in ATL, Georgia, which I paid off in 5 years (goal met). I’ve completed 3 half marathons and 1 triathlon (another goal met). I’m still in the fitness industry, involved in spinning, Pilates, and personal training. I truly love what I do and wouldn’t change a thing.

Oh, and due to my auto-inflammatory disorder, I had the opportunity to participate in NIH clinical trials, aiming to help those in the future of medicine. I’m constantly in school, learning, and developing my own private practice skills.
